Unfortunately, residents at San Vicente Townhomes cannot make partial payments. However, we have partnered with Flex Rent. Flex Rent offers flexible rent payment options. This setup gives you more control over your budget, helps you avoid late fees, and makes managing your monthly cash flow simpler.
We love our pets here at San Vicente Townhomes and we allow up to 2 pets per home. Aggressive breed restrictions apply, which are as follows: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Husky, Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Wolf Hybrid, Dalmatian, or any mix of these dogs. No Reptiles, Rabbits, Hamsters, Ferrets, Snakes or Rodents of any kind will be allowed. Please reach out to the team at San Vicente with any specific pet questions and we will be glad to assist you.
Residents at San Vicente Townhomes are allowed any uncovered parking spaces at no extra cost as well as having an attached garage.
